• Eye for Details: Performing thorough inspections to ensure the highest standards are met.
• Team Player: Assisting colleagues, maintaining company vehicles, and restocking supplies as needed.
• Communication: You are responsive and concise in communication with your team members, management, or clients.
• Interior Detailing: Cleaning, vacuuming, shampooing, and steam cleaning carpets, upholstery, and interior surfaces. Spot cleaning for stains, salt build-up, etc.
• Exterior Detailing: Washing, waxing, tire and rim detailing, bug/tar removal, trim care, and basic paint decontamination.

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• The ability to work independently or as a team depending on circumstance
• Willingness to learn and ability to focus and ask questions during training
• Ability to problem solve and quickly think on your feet
• Eye for detail when cleaning and find cleaning to be satisfying
• Organized. You enjoy order in things and keep your car or living space neat
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Basic vehicle knowledge
• Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean record
• Flexible with work hours, including occasional overtime
Training Provided:
• 1-day orientation and onboarding
• 2 weeks of hands-on training
Compensation & Benefits:
• Starting wage: $17.50/hr
• 100% of tips from solo-completed services.

Schedule:
• Full-time, 8-hour shifts (on average)
• 5 days per week, typically Monday to Friday (flexible based on individual needs)
Location: In-person, mobile service based in Halifax, Nova Scotia

Pay: $17.50-$21.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
