We are looking for a

Mobile Auto Detailer

with a

hunter-mentality sales approach

to join our growing team. This hybrid role requires an energetic, customer-focused individual who can not only deliver exceptional detailing services but also actively seek out and

convert new business opportunities

, upsell services, and help build our customer base through direct engagement.

You will operate one of our fully-equipped mobile detailing vans and work independently to provide top-tier service. At the same time, you will act as the

face of our business

, engaging with prospects and current clients to drive revenue growth through proactive outreach, upselling, and customer relationship building.

This position offers a base salary plus uncapped commission

Responsibilities:

Clean and detail vehicles according to company and customer standards, including interior and exterior work Perform inspections and restore vehicles using buffers, steamers, vacuums, and cleaning products Manage a daily detailing schedule and maintain timely customer appointments Maintain the mobile van in a clean and organized condition at all times Set client expectations, educate them on services, and

proactively upsell higher-tier detailing packages or add-ons

Actively engage with walk-ins, inbound leads, and local prospects to convert inquiries into paying customers

Make follow-up calls and messages to past clients to encourage repeat business

Identify and reach out to potential new customers and businesses in the area for detailing partnerships

Track sales opportunities and report progress toward monthly revenue goals

Answer customer questions professionally and ensure high satisfaction with both services and support Apply protective finishes and conduct final inspections for quality assurance

Requirements and Skills:

Previous experience as an Automotive Detailer preferred; sales experience is a

major asset

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for both

customer service and sales

Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a

hunter mindset

- always seeking new business and upselling opportunities Physically capable of performing detailing tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods Comfortable working independently and managing a mobile unit Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record Available on weekends and holidays Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work under pressure Training and certification in auto detailing is an asset, but full training will be provided

Compensation:

Base Salary + Uncapped commission

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
