Aa Field Manager Manager, you will play a key role for the health & safety at our sites in Winnipeg. There is a high focus on customer service and ensuring Seamless Mobile operations ,since you will be working with people all shift, in Mobile Division

Responsibilities for Mobile Field Manager

Patrolling in a variety of settings (mobile and foot) Enforcing property rules, city by-laws, and other applicable laws Deterring and responding to incidents and emergencies on the property Lockups/unlocks and alarm responses Vehicle Inspection Reports, Daily Occurrence Reports, and Incident reports Health & Safety Inspections, Hazard Assessment and Supervisor Site Inspections Dispatching alarms to Mobile drivers Shift supervisor for Mobile drivers ATM Maintenance Calls Safe tracks installations and removals Other duties as assigned

Qualifications for Mobile Field Manager

Valid Manitoba Security Guard license Valid class 5 driver's license with a clean driver abstract Minimum 1 year of experience in winter driving Minimum 1 year of supervising within the security industry Be eligible to work in Canada. Adaptable to learn new tasks quickly on the job Professional demeanor and customer service focused Experience with using technology based systems First Aid/CPR, Use of Force, NVCI training is an asset
