You will be the first point of contact for patients and guests, which means you are responsible for ensuring they all enjoy an exceptional experience whether they enter the facility in person or contact us via phone/email. We have a variety of shifts available, keeping in mind that Coast Therapy is open both weekdays and weekends, including evenings during the week; thus preference will be given to those able &/or willing to work a variety of shifts.

What you will be doing:

Greeting patients and guests in a supportive, welcoming and professional manner, while maintaining strong relationships and confidentiality that promote trust and client satisfaction Developing and maintaining an exceptional working knowledge of the therapies and services offered at Coast Therapy. Ensuring information is accurate and consistently communicated to clients, prospective clients and staff to support business growth Maintaining a clean hygienic and tidy environment in the reception area, treatment rooms and surrounding common areas Consistent application of existing policies and procedures including the enforcement of our established 'rules' and behavioral expectations of patients and members Scheduling, booking and taking payments for all patients.

Accuracy and attention to detail are very important

! Answering and making phone calls, returning emails and taking care of client or visitor requests and inquiries Responding to our online booking requests with accuracy and promptness Performing on-going, shift-specific duties (administrative and other)

Experience and Skills required :

Conscientious and professional, with respect for detail and a desire to consistently do a great job. Must be pro-active and self-motivated, with the ability to work in a diverse, fast paced, and dynamic environment. Multi-tasking and organization is not just a word, but a necessary reality for our clinics. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Computer literacy, including Microsoft office MOA certificate of achievement, or equivalent in-clinic experience is an asset but not necessary Experience with Janeappor other practice management software is an asset but not necessary (otherwise must be trainable, willing to take direction and learn).

Dependent on experience, qualifications and job description

Hours/Locations:

We are hiring primarily for the Tri-Cities locations, while also having space for the ideal candidate at any location. full-time positions for Port Coquitlam/Coquitlam/Port Moody - evening and weekend availability, Preference will be given to those with flexibility and availability, and those looking for longer term &/or to settle into a career position.
