Optometric Patient Care Team Lead
We are searching for a new Team Lead for our Uptown Optometry practice.
Consider joining our caring and dedicated office team in Saint John's top rated optometry practice. Brown and Associates has a long history of providing excellent patient care in a large practice located on Germain Street in Uptown Saint John. The practice has 5 doctors and a team of 14 employees.
If you have an outgoing personality and enjoy working within a positive work environment, you may be a perfect fit!
Our new Team Lead will be responsible managing for the following areas:
All patient communications for exam booking and recalls Maintaining patient privacy standards Patient reception and telephone communication Collection of patient information and patient history Accurate validation and input of Insurance billings Managing patient payments and accounts receivable All patient diagnostic screening and testing Data entry, accurately completing all daily reports
Strong communication skills and attention to detail are a must. An ideal candidate has leadership experience and is self-motivated to grow and learn.
