Job Description

Biomune Integrated Wellness is seeking a dynamic, organized, and compassionate

MOA/Clinic Administrator

to join our holistic health team. This is a key client-facing role in our vibrant, wellness-focused clinic.

Key Responsibilities:



Front Desk Reception

Greet clients and manage appointment check-ins Process payments, including direct billing for Extended Health Plans and ICBC Answer phones, respond to emails, manage scheduling via Jane App

Client Support & Care

Assist clients during their visit with professionalism and warmth Guide clients to treatment rooms and set up appropriate therapeutic modalities

Clinic Operations

Maintain a clean, organized, and calming clinic environment Contribute to overall clinic flow and ensure timely room turnovers

Marketing & Social Media

Support creation and posting of social media content that reflects our brand Engage with online community and help highlight clinic offerings

Ideal Qualifications:



Previous experience in a clinic, spa, or wellness setting Familiarity with

Jane App

is strongly preferred Excellent communication and client service skills A background or genuine interest in Wellness, Aesthetics, or Alternative Health is a strong asset
