We are seeking a dedicated MOA to join our team in Saskatoon. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our dermatology practice by ensuring smooth operations and enhancing patient experiences. Your contributions will directly impact our commitment to providing top-notch dermatological care.

Responsibilities

Assist with patient intake and registration processes Manage appointment scheduling and follow-up communications Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Support clinical staff during patient examinations Ensure a clean and welcoming environment for patients Handle billing inquiries and insurance verifications Collaborate with team members to improve office efficiency Uphold patient confidentiality and adhere to privacy regulations

Qualifications

Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficient in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems (MedAccess) Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of dermatological terminology is an asset, but not required Commitment to providing exceptional patient care
