Your Role:
As a Medical Office Administrator, you will oversee the smooth operation of our front desk and administrative functions, ensuring exceptional service for every patient. You will collaborate with fellow team members and healthcare professionals, and help drive efficiency and excellence in our day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily front desk operations, ensuring a seamless patient experience and efficient workflows.
Accurately utilize clinic operations systems such as Ramsoft (PACS), Jane, and Plexia.
Manage appointment booking and scheduling of medical imaging procedures, maintain accurate electronic medical records, and ensure compliance with protocols and provincial health regulations.
Act as a liaison between patients, technologists, and healthcare providers, facilitating effective communication about patient care.
Ensure the front office is organized, maintaining a professional and welcoming appearance.
What You Bring to the Table:
Proficiency in medical office management with a strong understanding of medical imaging terminology.
Hands-on experience as a Diagnostic Imaging Medical Office Assistant (MOA).
Familiarity with Jane and Plexia software for seamless patient management.
Excellent organizational skills and diligence for maintaining accurate records.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while juggling multiple priorities.
