Job Title: Mixer
Location: 271 Attwell Drive, Etobicoke M9W 5B9
Shift: Night Shift (8:00PM \xe2\x80\x93 4:30AM) Sunday to Thursday with overtime on Friday
Wage: $21.50/Hour

PREFERRED HIRING CRITERIA:

• Able to overtime as needed
• Able to perform basic mathematical functions
• Strong communication skills in both verbal and written English
• Excellent work and attendance record

• Lifting of products up to 50-100lbs

• Combine all raw materials in proper sequence and sign-off to indicate each ingredient has been added and processed for the correct amount of time as outlined in the Mixing Sheet (Formula Sheet)
• Operate Semi-Automatic mixers \xe2\x80\x93 Spiral and Horizontal
• Rotate mixed ingredients back and forth to the line being served
• Keep the line supplied with ingredients while adhering to the pace set by the Supervisor
• Complete and deliver all batch forms (Formula Sheet) to the Production Supervisor
• Ensure your work area, tools and supplies, are organized and sanitary throughout the shift
• Follow all GMP\xe2\x80\x99s and Safety Procedures
• Verify that all batches are produced on your shift
• Performs other duties as required
