Mitigation Level 3 Technician

, you will lead from the front: supervising crews, managing complex projects, and ensuring every job is executed to the highest standard. This position is designed for experienced restoration professionals who are ready to take on greater responsibility, mentor team members, and advance their career while shaping the success of our operations.

What You'll be Doing:



Leading, mentoring and managing crews on mitigation projects (residential and commercial) providing guidance, direction and support Respond to fire, water, smoke, mold, asbestos and other property damage claims Perform advanced mitigation services, including demolition, structural drying, complex remediation tasks oversee contents handling: inventory, documentation, cleaning, processing, packing and moving with precision Ensure emergency response operations are executed efficiently and safely deliver exceptional client service while maintaining company standards and values Conduct on-site training, coaching and skills development for crew members Participating in on-call rotations and flexible schedules as needed Maintain a safe, organized and professional work environment Take ownership of job quality, timelines and client satisfaction, from start to finish

Who We're Looking For"



Experience restoration professional with strong hands-on skills in mitigation and remediation Proven ability to supervise, lead and motivate teams Positive, professional and accountable individual with a strong work ethic Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Holds a valid drivers license with a clean drivers abstract Physically able to lift 50+ lbs frequently and work in fast-paced, hands-on environments Committed to , client service and delivering high-quality work Eager to grow professionally, take on new challenges, and develop leadership expertise.

Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour
