Job Summary:


The Service Technicians and/or Apprentices are responsible for carrying out of the servicing requirements. Must enhance the Workshop's capability by servicing and repairing vehicle components and systems through manufacturer's and dealership's specified Quality procedures, Standards and Specifications. The Service Technician is directly reporting to service manager.

Responsibilities:

Performing vehicle maintenance and repairs in a timely manner Inspecting vehicles for required maintenance or repairs Clock IN and OUT the jobs / personal time record as required Obtaining, Returning and Tagging parts from / to Parts Dep. Keeping up-to date with manufacturer FIRFT, TSB, recalls and warranty bulletins Performing tire rotation and replacement High attention to details and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment Strives to go the extra mile to meet the quality standards our customers expect.

Qualifications:

Valid Driver's License with recent drivers abstract General Service Department experience preferred Previous experience changing, balancing and mounting tires is a MUST Able to establish and maintain good working relations with customers and staff. Exceptional customer service and communication skills Basic computer knowledge Strong organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including walking, crouching, bending, regularly lift up to 25 lbs. and standing for extended periods

Experience:

Automotive Apprentice Technician: 1-3 years (preferred) Dealership: 1 year (Preferred)

Schedule:

Monday to Friday: 8:00AM to 5:00PM Rotating Saturdays: 8:00AM to 4:00PM
