We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for our Mission Leader, Managing Director of Search & Sell a Home. Could It Be You?

Questrade is embarking on a revolutionary operating model that is customer obsessed, drives velocity in value driven outcomes and that will drive best experiences for our people. This is a new role within our Own a Home Customer Journey - critical to executional success.

You will partner closely with the Journey Leader to set the strategy, and key outcomes for new and existing Home Ecosystem direct to consumer products and services with a focus to drive value to the customer as a core.

You will leverage customer insights to iterate on the digital product development and define the business hypotheses and KPIs to measure product success and ensure delivery of customer value for each iteration of a product release.

This role owns the success of the strategy execution, product roadmap, and feature definition at all phases of its lifecycle.

You will be responsible for elevating Journey Squad\xe2\x80\x99s performance and must be able to demonstrate your ability to mentor and drive product performance and processes at a higher caliber with customer value at the core.

In this role, responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Strategic Planning and Leadership:
  • Identify and understand customer requirements, encouraging innovation within Squads to develop products and business solutions that anticipate and deliver on customer needs
  • Serve as a liaison between the customer, upper management, executives, and other stakeholders, and help inform future business strategies and objectives
  • P&L Management: partner with the Journey leader on P&L management on run and change activities, ensuring financial investments and return targets are met.
  • Cross-functional Leadership:
  • Coordinate all cross-functional initiatives and all enabling functions needed towards the excellent execution of all Build, Run, and Change activities in the realty business
  • Build and optimize scalable capabilities across the business (sales, service, product, technology, pricing, etc.)
  • Strong Internal Governance: maintain robust internal governance structures to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and Questrade\xe2\x80\x99s brand promise, processes, and policies.
  • Customer Experience: Ascertain the delivery of an integrated customer experience within this line of business and across other businesses that exceeds customers\xe2\x80\x99 expectations
  • Efficiency: Streamline operational processes and ensure the efficiency of all Build, Run and Change activities.
  • Drive a culture of high customer-centricity, accountability for outcomes, innovation, collaboration and excellence.

  • Are a thought leader with 15+ years Canadian Fin-Tech experience leading digital product management portfolios with a speciality in real-estate and real-estate secured lending Expertise in digital financial services, including consumer technology, both common and leading as well as digital/mobile first interactions and experiences
  • Are an exceptional communicator -- verbal and written, across all levels including management. Along with the ability to motivate, drive change and challenge the status quo, deal with ambiguity and make informed recommendations. Exceptional relationship builder and collaborator.
  • Have strong financial acumen, with demonstrated ability to lead from strategy to implementation and the ability to work and lead in an Agile manner.
  • Demonstrated and sound technical competence to provide subject matter expertise and challenge status quo when appropriate.
  • Able to pivot priorities as required by the business
  • Have experience in P&L management
