What you will do:

Plan, organize and direct the work of the operations crew Provide effective supervision to ensure assignments are completed in a safe and efficient manner Upholds regulated ground control and production standards & procedures Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the General Foreperson

What you will bring:

A valid underground supervisor's certificate or the ability to obtain a certificate Demonstrated leadership skills including strong team building and communication skill Minimum High School diploma or equivalent Preference will be given to candidates with previous underground supervisory experience 3-5 years nderground experience preferred A strong commitment to safety with working knowledge of OH&S, Mine and Environmental regulations Ability to handle a large and varied workload
