We are looking for people ready to share, build, and grow with our company.Reporting to the Technical Services Manager or delegate and working alongside the Technical Services team, the Mine Junior Engineer is responsible for delivering a variety of planning, field data collection, data entry, data analysis and reporting tasks in support of the Operation.Main Accountabilities

• Work procedures are followed and safety standards are adhered to (risk assessments, incident reporting & investigating, policy & procedures review, etc.) to realize zero incidents or injuries across the team.
• Provide engineering and project management support to the Technical Services and Operations team on a variety of tasks.
• Collect field data, including but not limited to: survey with hand-held GPS or drone, thermistors, water flows, fragmentation photos, quality assurance, quality control of drill hole depths or blast tie-ins, etc.
• Maintain databases for various production and quality data.
• Verify, analyze and report on collected data.

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Mining Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering or related disciplines.
• Eligible for registration with Northwest Territories and Nunavut Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists (NAPEG).
• Co-op experience in open pit or underground mining operations or construction projects.
