Job Overview


We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Millwright to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing machinery and equipment essential to our production processes. This role requires a strong mechanical background, electrical knowledge, and the ability to interpret schematics and technical manuals. The Millwright will work closely with maintenance teams to ensure optimal operation of industrial equipment, contributing to the efficiency and safety of our manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities



Install, align, dismantle, and move heavy machinery using appropriate tools and techniques Perform routine maintenance and inspections on industrial equipment to prevent breakdowns Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues efficiently and accurately Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams for troubleshooting and repairs Utilize Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and CMMS systems for maintenance planning and documentation Conduct welding, HVAC repairs, boiler maintenance, and low voltage electrical work as needed Ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulations Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities using CMMS software Assist in the installation of new equipment and upgrades to existing machinery

Experience



Proven experience as a Millwright or in industrial maintenance within manufacturing environments Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems (including low voltage), and schematics interpretation Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), CMMS software, welding, HVAC systems, boilers, and electrical troubleshooting Background in industrial electrician work or related fields is highly desirable Ability to analyze complex problems quickly and develop effective solutions Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and teamwork Customer service orientation when working with internal teams or external vendors

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
