Available Shifts

Day Shift:

6:30 AM - 3:00 PM

Afternoon/PM Shift:

3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Night Shift:

10:00 PM - 6:30 AM
Key Responsibilities

Follow and promote Health & Safety and Food Safety standards at all times. Respond to equipment breakdowns and independently troubleshoot both mechanical and
electrical issues.

Identify recurring technical problems, escalate when necessary, and support long-term
corrective actions.

Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment including mixers, slab formers, horizontal
wrappers, robotic pick-and-place systems, tunnel ovens, conveyors, and other

manufacturing machinery.

Perform equipment setup, changeovers, minor repairs, overhauls, and fabrication when
required.

Support optimization of preventive maintenance programs through technical input and



data insights.

Work collaboratively with external contractors, ensuring adherence to GMP and safety
standards.

Document work performed, maintain accurate maintenance records, track spare parts
usage, and maintain clean work environments.

Participate in cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain the highest standards of housekeeping, organization, safety, and equipment
care.

Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisory personnel.
Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum

5 years

experience as a Millwright, Maintenance Technician, or Electrician. Valid

Red Seal Millwright

,

Provincial Electrician Ticket (442A or 309D)

, or
equivalent

NOC 7311

certification.

Experience with equipment such as vertical/horizontal wrappers, robotic pick-and-place
systems, tunnel ovens (asset).

Knowledge of

PLC systems, HMIs, robotics, and industrial controls

--preferably
Allen Bradley.

Ability to interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and technical
documentation.

Hands-on experience with:
o Power transmission systems

o Pneumatic and hydraulic systems

o Electrical & electronic controls

o Servo motors

o Welding, brazing, soldering

o Lubrication systems

Strong machining experience (lathe, milling machine, drill press). Rigging and hoisting experience is an asset. Ability to work afternoon shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.

Pay: $40.25-$45.25 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
