MILLWRIGHT

The Millwright Position is an impactful role that reports to the Maintenance Manager. Responsibilities include providing machine repair services and maintenance support and repair services in plumber/pipefitter scope for manufacturing equipment. Performing Preventative Maintenance orders as assigned. Troubleshooting mechanical maintenance issues. Performing new equipment installations. ensuring safety equipment is used and installed when performing tasks. Adhering to Company Rules, Health and Safety Guidelines and the Collective Labor Agreement.

The successful candidate will possess a Trade Certification as an Industrial Mechanic Millwright (433A). Experience in a heavy industrial setting with forge equipment, cold form equipment, CNC machinery and assembly stations, as well as previous experience in hydraulic systems in considered an asset. Strong organization, communication skills. Attention to detail, problem solving skills and teamwork, combined with the ability to prioritize and manage conflicting demands.
