About the Role

Our client, a leading food manufacturing company known for its high-quality products and modern production facility, is seeking a

Licensed Industrial Millwright (433A)

to join their maintenance team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all plant equipment through preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.

Responsibilities

Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on production and packaging equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical issues to minimize downtime. Conduct equipment changeovers, adjustments, and calibrations as required for production. Install, align, dismantle, and move stationary industrial machinery and mechanical equipment. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and production efficiency. Maintain detailed maintenance and repair logs using computerized maintenance systems. Adhere to all health, safety, and food safety standards. Collaborate closely with production and engineering teams to support manufacturing goals.

Qualifications

Valid

Industrial Millwright License (433A)

required. Minimum

3+ years of experience

in a food manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong troubleshooting skills with mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Knowledge of packaging lines, conveyors, mixers, pumps, and automated machinery. Basic understanding of PLCs considered an asset. Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Rotation (Every 2 Weeks)

Midnight Shift:

11:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Afternoon Shift:

3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Day Shift:

7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
