We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Field Service Millwright to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical equipment to ensure optimal machine operations. This role requires a strong understanding of industrial maintenance, mechanical systems, electrical components, and safety protocols. The Millwright will play a vital part in maintaining the efficiency and safety of our processes, contributing to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
We pay overtime after 8 hours daily.
Responsibilities
Install, align, and assemble machinery and equipment according to schematics and technical manuals
Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting on mechanical and electrical systems
Repair or replace defective parts using welding, mechanical knowledge, and electrical experience
Read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and control diagrams including PLCs and low voltage systems
Maintain documentation of maintenance activities using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
Assist with the installation and maintenance of HVAC systems, boilers, and other plant infrastructure
Conduct analysis to identify root causes of equipment failures and implement corrective actions
Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures during all maintenance activities
Collaborate with other maintenance team members and on site personnel to optimize equipment performance
Support emergency repairs to minimize downtime in fast-paced environments
Skills
Proven experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and electrical systems including low voltage wiring
Strong mechanical knowledge related to industrial machinery, HVAC, boilers, welding, and general maintenance
Familiarity with CMMS software for work order management and documentation
Industrial electrician experience preferred for troubleshooting electrical issues effectively
Ability to read schematics, technical manuals, and control diagrams accurately
Knowledge of industrial maintenance practices within manufacturing settings
Excellent analysis skills for diagnosing complex mechanical or electrical problems
Strong communication skills in English for clear documentation and teamwork
Customer service orientation when interacting with internal teams or external vendors
