Our Innisfail, Alberta manufacturing facility has an opening for a

Millwright

to join our Mechanical Maintenance Team with experience repairing industrial equipment in a 24/7 manufacturing operation.


Specific work schedule can vary based on seniority but typically can include rotating 12-hour shifts including days, nights, and weekends or 4-10-hour shifts Monday-Thursday.


Hourly Rate Starts at $53.82/hr. with an increasing pay over the first year + Shift Differential + Night Differential.

Your day will consist of providing construction, installation, relocation, repair, and preventative maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facilities.

What You Bring to the Team:

+ Alberta Journeyman Millwright Trade Certificate OR experience as a Heavy-Duty Mechanic or Industrial Mechanic. + Interprovincial Red Seal Millwright certificate of qualification preferred
+ A minimum of 3 years industrial plant maintenance experience
+ Good communication skills
+ Above average teamwork skills
+ Excellent troubleshooting skills
+ Basic computer skill (Microsoft Office & Outlook)
+ SAP Maintenance Management System experience is an asset
+ Ability to use precision measurement tools and testing equipment
+ Basic Machine shop and welding duties
+ Machine assembly, blueprint reading and process pump rebuilding
+ Repair and maintain industrial plant equipment such as pumps, motors, gearboxes, heat exchangers
+ Ability to work independently or with small team
