Responsibilities:

- Install, maintain, and repair machinery and equipment in industrial settings
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as lubricating machinery and replacing worn parts
- Diagnose mechanical problems and develop solutions to resolve them
- Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
- Collaborate with other maintenance team members to ensure efficient operation of equipment
- Fabricate or modify parts as needed to complete repairs or installations
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns

Experience:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Millwright or similar role
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Experience with industrial electrician work, including low voltage and logic controllers
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and their maintenance requirements
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics

Skills:

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Strong customer service skills when interacting with internal stakeholders
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
