Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Millwright to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to analyze and troubleshoot various machinery and systems. As a Millwright, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety within the facility.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair machinery and equipment in accordance with specifications. Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform necessary repairs to minimize downtime. Fabricate components as needed to support maintenance activities. Work with logic controllers and low voltage systems to ensure proper operation of equipment. Collaborate with other trades, including HVAC technicians, to complete projects efficiently. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.

Experience

Proven experience as a Millwright or in a similar role within an industrial setting. Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to analyze complex systems. Familiarity with industrial electrical systems, including low voltage applications. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Experience working with HVAC systems is a plus. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Apprenticeship

Pay: $31.84-$45.31 per hour
