What You'll Do
Perform
preventative and corrective maintenance
on production and facility equipment
Troubleshoot and repair
mechanical and electrical systems
Support
boiler operations
and general utilities maintenance
Work on motors, conveyors, sensors, pumps, and PLCs
Respond to emergency breakdowns and reduce downtime
Follow
GMP and food safety
procedures
Collaborate with team members across departments
Who You Are
Red Seal Millwright Certification
(required for top wage)
Electrical Trade Certification is an asset
Experience in manufacturing or food production preferred
Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
Reliable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Physically capable of working in a fast-paced environment
Schedule
Rotational shifts
(some flexibility may be required)
