to join our production team. In this role, you'll help bring our trade show exhibits to life by crafting custom wooden components used in high-end booths and experiential displays. From raw materials to finished parts, you'll work with precision tools, CNC equipment, and traditional woodworking techniques to produce components that meet exacting design and quality standards.

Responsibilities
Fabricate custom wooden components for trade show exhibits, display structures, and branded environments.
Operate CNC machines, hand tools, power tools, and other shop equipment to cut, shape, and assemble materials with precision.
Read and interpret technical drawings, shop drawings, and 3D exhibit designs (AutoCAD or similar software).
Measure and verify materials with calipers, tape measures, and related instruments to maintain tight tolerances.
Set up, operate, and adjust machinery including mills and CNC programming systems to produce components to spec.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace throughout the fabrication process.
Work collaboratively with fabrication leads, designers, and project managers to meet project schedules and resolve production challenges.
Assist with receiving, handling, and storing lumber, sheet goods, and other raw materials--forklift use as needed.
Requirements
Previous experience in woodworking, millwork, fabrication, or related manufacturing environments preferred.
CNC programming and operation experience is a strong advantage.
Ability to read and understand construction drawings, technical plans, and CAD-based layouts.
Forklift operation experience; certification is a plus.
Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and shop machinery.
Knowledge of woodworking, construction, or carpentry principles--especially related to custom builds.
Experience in a warehouse or fabrication shop setting is beneficial.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift heavy materials when required.
