Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients within the construction industry. Present and promote our products and services, including construction estimating tools such as HeavyBid. Understand client project requirements and provide accurate pricing, leveraging skills in construction estimating and project management. Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure favorable terms while ensuring client satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, bids, and project plans utilizing Bluebeam and other project management software. Track sales activities, prepare reports, and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand the company's presence in the construction sector.

Skills

Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively while maintaining positive client relationships. Experience in project management within the construction industry. Knowledge of construction estimating processes and pricing strategies. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical information clearly. Ability to understand client needs quickly and propose suitable solutions aligned with company offerings.
