As a Baker, you will play a vital role in our kitchen, ensuring that all products meet high standards of quality and presentation.

Responsibilities

Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods according to recipes and quality standards. Decorate cakes and pastries with creativity and attention to detail. Ensure proper food handling and sanitation practices are followed at all times. Package baked goods for sale, ensuring they are presented attractively to customers. Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain an efficient workflow in the kitchen. Monitor inventory levels of baking supplies and assist in ordering as needed. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and addressing their needs regarding baked products.

Skills

Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques. Experience in the food industry, particularly in baking or pastry making. Proficiency in cake decorating and presentation skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards. Excellent food handling skills and understanding of safety regulations. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and customer service interactions.
