Are you a skilled Microsoft 365 Administrator with a passion for transforming healthcare through technology? Southlake Health is seeking a talented and proactive professional to spearhead the development and execution of our Microsoft 365 platform strategy. This role presents a unique opportunity to significantly impact our enterprise infrastructure, enhancing security, compliance, privacy, and client support, while driving efficiency across critical tools like SharePoint, Power Platform, Teams, OneDrive, and more.

As the Microsoft 365 Administrator, you will lead the migration of user data and applications to the Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring seamless transitions while optimizing business operations. In collaboration with cross-functional teams, you'll define architecture strategies, implement best practices, and establish policies that align with Southlake Health's goals. Qualifications



Educational Background: University degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Community College graduates with 2+ years of Microsoft 365 experience are also encouraged to apply. 2+ years of hands-on Microsoft 365 Administration experience. 5+ years of experience with IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and data centers. Previous experience in healthcare IT is preferred. 2+ years of experience using Microsoft productivity and reporting tools such as Microsoft Planner and Office. Expertise in Microsoft 365 Applications: Proficient in Microsoft 365 services such as Entra, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Purview, Power Platform, and Dynamics. Microsoft certifications are an asset. Security & Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of privacy and security best practices, including data protection, encryption, and access control. Project Management Skills: Proven experience leading technology projects and managing competing priorities. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Training & Documentation: Ability to create detailed documentation, policies, and training materials for various stakeholders. Experience in process mapping and workflow design is a plus. Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex technical issues into actionable business solutions. Agile Mindset: Demonstrated ability to apply agile methodologies and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment. Team Player: Ability to work well both independently and as part of a small, dynamic team. Primary Responsibilities



Migration and Integration: Apply technical expertise to successfully migrate users and data from on-premises environments to Microsoft 365 platforms, including SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams. Enterprise Architecture: Lead the design and maintenance of the enterprise architecture for Microsoft 365, defining technical standards, best practices, and governance frameworks. Knowledge Management: Develop and implement strategies for effective knowledge and information management within Microsoft 365, ensuring policies, procedures, and systems are in place for optimal data capture, storage, and sharing. Privacy and Security: Focus on ensuring compliance and privacy standards are met, including regular audits, security configurations, and safeguarding user data through encryption, access control, and data retention strategies. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, offering well-configured solutions while aligning with IT standards and objectives. You'll also prepare reports, recommendations, and action plans for senior leadership. Training and Support: Create comprehensive training materials and lead end-user training sessions to ensure seamless adoption of Microsoft 365 tools across the organization. Vendor Management: Work with external vendors and contractors as needed, overseeing progress and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within scope. Platform Administration: Serve as the lead administrator for Microsoft 365 tenants, managing security, compliance configurations, and resolving tickets sent to the service desk. Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft 365 features and capabilities, ensuring that Southlake Health benefits from cutting-edge innovations and improvements. * Other Duties: Contribute to the overall success of the team by taking on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed.
