Serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers make informed decisions and ensuring system reliability through consultative support.

Education Experience
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field (required).
Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or Renewable Energy (preferred but not mandatory).
Additional coursework or certifications in relay protection, control systems, or ladder logic programming is an asset.
3+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on power systems or microgrid applications.
Hands-on experience with control protections and relay systems, including configuration and troubleshooting.
Proven ability to program and configure relay hardware and interpret ladder logic for control systems.
Experience reviewing engineering plans, relay files, and utility interconnection requirements.
Familiarity with SCADA systems, PLC programming, and industry-standard relay configuration tools.
Exposure to renewable energy integration and distributed energy resources (preferred).
