Under minimal supervision and in collaboration with a team, the incumbent of this position participates in activities related to development projects. Also, he/she compiles the results of the analysis, evaluates analysis and settles any discrepancy between the targeted result and the one obtained. The senior analyst is responsible for some related tasks such as ensuring that the deliverables meet the requirements for the release of the analyses. Furthermore, he/she supports production, collaborates in the implementation of action plans in order to investigate any discrepancy between the desired result and that obtained and can, if necessary, carry out all the analyzes required for the development of the project, using methods, techniques and this according to pre-established specifications.

Responsabilities & Duties :

• Plans and organizes the work of other analysts by providing the necessary resources to meet deadlines
• Actively participates in the development/optimization of methods
• Performs advanced troubleshooting
• Manages analytical projects and ensures the overall quality of the analytical project with low supervision
• Writes analytical and scientific documents of a high level of complexity
• Participates in the drafting, expertise and monitoring of non-standard results, actions of controlled changes, deviations and corrective and preventive actions (CC, OOS, REQ, CAPA)
• Actively participates in the resolution of government requests
• Proposes and participates in the implementation of new analyses.
• Compiles, analyzes and interprets the results of the analysis by identifying irregularities, making correlations and communicating observations
• Participates in the evaluation of key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Validates analytical methods
• Under the responsibility of the supervisor, assists and trains other analysts on specific techniques and/or laws, regulations and guidelines
• Shares observations with the immediate supervisor and all appropriate people in a clear and precise manner in order to suggest ideas for improvement and create a climate of cooperation
• Technically supports production
• Participates in the continuous improvement program by using the tools available and making sure to update instructions or processes related to this position
• Ensures that deliverables meet project requirements, cost and duration
• Settles any discrepancy between the target result and the one obtained
• Guides the team based on the values, principles and guidelines of the company
• Reviews raw data and lab notebooks or equivalent.
• Experts in all microbiological analyses.
• Writes Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Ensures full compliance with the guidelines of Good Laboratory Practices
• Makes sure to meet HSE standards

Bachelor
Diploma of College Studies

Experience : 0 years: In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, in microbiology
4 years: Master\'s holder : a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
6 years: Bachelor\'s holder : a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
8 years: DEC holder : a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
