Duties
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation.
Develop and implement innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and culinary trends.
Supervise kitchen staff, providing training and guidance to ensure adherence to recipes and cooking techniques.
Maintain food safety standards and ensure compliance with health regulations.
Collaborate with the restaurant management team to optimize kitchen workflow and efficiency.
Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste.
Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and leadership.
Experience
Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the restaurant or food service industry.
Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety practices, and culinary techniques.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in menu planning, cost control, and maintaining high standards of food quality.
Familiarity with bartending is a plus but not required.
