Job Description

You will be the person who transforms customer requirements into concrete, well-structured manufacturing solutions. Every day, you will observe, analyze, and improve our processes to ensure smoother and more efficient production. By contributing to continuous improvement, you will help the company produce better, faster, and with impeccable quality.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to:

Create and maintain the bills of materials, work plans, and technical data necessary for manufacturing Write, structure, and update all method documentation: procedures, templates, standard instructions, technical data sheets, and visual standards Monitor initial production runs, observe operations, analyze discrepancies, and recommend necessary adjustments Support production teams during start-ups and on a daily basis to ensure the efficiency and quality of operations Manage internal RNCs, analyze causes, define corrective actions, and monitor their implementation until closure Contribute to continuous improvement by proposing process, ergonomics, and time optimizations and participating in the implementation of Lean principles

With the following skills and qualities, you will be successful in this role:

DEC in mechanical engineering OR equivalent work experience Mastery of manufacturing processes Ability to create product bills of materials Reading and interpreting technical drawings Technical writing (procedures, instructions) Root cause analysis (8D, Ishikawa, 5 Whys)
