• D\xc3\xa9finir et r\xc3\xa9diger des instructions et des s\xc3\xa9quences de travail, en respectant les exigences ding\xc3\xa9nierie et les sp\xc3\xa9cifications de lindustrie, pour linstallation de syst\xc3\xa8mes \xc3\xa9lectriques, m\xc3\xa9caniques et avioniques sur les a\xc3\xa9ronefs, en utilisant des logiciels tels que SAP, CATIA V5 et 3DVia.
• Participer \xc3\xa0 linvestigation des causes profondes des probl\xc3\xa8mes et analyser les solutions potentielles en \xc3\xa9valuant les co\xc3\xbbts, les impacts et les risques des changements en production.
• Participer \xc3\xa0 la planification et \xc3\xa0 la mise en \xc5\x93uvre des changements de production et \xc3\xa0 lintroduction de nouvelles configurations.
• Soutenir les activit\xc3\xa9s quotidiennes de production.
• Participer \xc3\xa0 la d\xc3\xa9finition des exigences en mati\xc3\xa8re doutillage, dassemblage et \xc3\xa0 la mise en \xc5\x93uvre de divers \xc3\xa9quipements de production selon la m\xc3\xa9thodologie optimale, en tenant compte des aspects de sant\xc3\xa9 et de s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9.

Comp\xc3\xa9tences et Qualifications :

• DEC en a\xc3\xa9ronautique compl\xc3\xa9t\xc3\xa9, id\xc3\xa9alement avec une sp\xc3\xa9cialit\xc3\xa9 en avionique, ou un dipl\xc3\xb4me en ing\xc3\xa9nierie \xc3\xa9lectrique ou autre formation connexe.
• Ma\xc3\xaetrise du fran\xc3\xa7ais et de langlais, \xc3\xa0 loral et \xc3\xa0 l\xc3\xa9crit.
• Solides comp\xc3\xa9tences organisationnelles et de planification.
• Ing\xc3\xa9niosit\xc3\xa9, autonomie et excellentes comp\xc3\xa9tences en r\xc3\xa9solution de probl\xc3\xa8mes.
• Bon jugement et capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 bien travailler en \xc3\xa9quipe multidisciplinaire.

As a Methods Agent, you will be responsible for defining and writing instructions and work sequences for the installation of electrical, mechanical, and avionic systems on aircraft. You will play a crucial role in investigating root causes of production issues, planning and implementing production changes, and supporting daily production activities. Your expertise will ensure the optimal methodology for tooling requirements and production equipment, with a strong focus on health and safety.Description:

• Define and write instructions and work sequences, with respect to engineering requirements and industry specifications, for electrical, mechanical, and avionic system installation on aircraft, using software such as SAP, CATIA V5, and 3DVia.
• Participate in the investigation of root causes of problems and analyze potential solutions by assessing the costs, impacts, and risks of changes in production.
• Participate in the planning and implementation of production changes and the introduction of new configurations.
• Support the daily activities of production.
• Participate in the definition of tooling requirements, assembly, and the implementation of various production equipment according to the optimal methodology, taking into account health and safety components.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Completed DEC in aeronautics, ideally with an avionic specialty, or an engineering electrical degree or other related education.
• Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Resourceful, autonomous, and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Good judgment and ability to work well in a multidisciplinary team.
