REQUIRED PROFILE

Linguistic skills : English and French

• Holder of a diploma (DEP or DEC) in aeronautics
• Experience in methods
• Experience in the aeronautics sector and in support of medium series production
• Knowledge of assembly processes (Key characteristics of simple assembly tooling or complex, capability analysis tool, etc.)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Know how to use and interpret aeronautical standards
• Know how to create a manufacturing range and/or interpret it
• Master the principles of tolerancing and chain of dimensions
• Knowledge of basic parts would be a plus
• Knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Office, Catia V5
• Strength of proposal

• French & English: spoken & written

• Interpret, verify and approve drawings and other documents from the engineering department;
• Establish assembly and manufacturing strategies for aircraft components.
• Prepare and present projects for validation with different functions
• Lead meetings and keep the various tracking files up to date
• Maintain performance indexes
• Prepare and present progress status to different levels of management
• Manage the activities of the different phases of the projects: feasibility study, project mandate and plan of business, acquisition, implementation and production.
• Harmonize the implementation of engineering changes or assembly strategy while working in close collaboration with the engineering, materials logistics, quality and
• production.
• Manage change requests arising during the implementation of projects;
• Develop risk management plans including mitigation plans
• Participate in problem solving and recovery plans
• Participate in the continuous improvement of our project management processes.

• Have good interpersonal skills and be able to demonstrate leadership.
• Very good knowledge of its technical limits.
