Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Yard Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and maintaining outdoor spaces, including lawns, gardens, and other landscaping areas. The Yard Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the yard, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed, and coordinating with vendors to ensure that all materials and supplies are ordered in a timely manner. The successful candidate should also have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise yard personnel and ensure that all safety protocols are followed.
- Ensure that the yard is kept clean and organized.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Maintain inventory of materials and supplies.
- Ensure that all equipment is in proper working order.
- Develop and implement yard safety policies and procedures.
