Clean work area Monitor machine during operation Mark defects to be repaired Check manufactured items for defects and conformance to specifications Complete reports on product inspection Load, feed or place materials into machine Interpret engineering drawings, electrical schematics and blueprints Compress steel laminations to build transformer cores Collect, record and summarize inspection results Check final assembly for adherence to quality control standards Assemble winding into core and make electrical connections Assemble and fit electrical motor or transformer auxiliary equipment Assemble and fit metal and prefabricated parts to close tolerances according to blueprints Set up and adjust production machineries/tools
