Are you a digital advertising pro with a passion for driving performance across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok? We're looking for a

Meta Ads & TikTok Ads Specialist

to join our growing e-commerce team and lead paid media campaigns that fuel our brand growth

Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on

Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram)

and

TikTok

Strategically segment audiences, set up targeting, and continuously test creatives, ad copy, and placements Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and improvement areas Collaborate with the creative/content team to guide ad creatives that perform Monitor and report on KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, etc.) and provide actionable insights Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm updates, and ad formats on both platforms

Experience

1-3 years of hands-on experience running Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) Strong understanding of

TikTok Ads Manager

and content-driven campaign strategies Proven experience with

performance marketing

, especially in e-commerce Ability to work with content creators to brief and direct ad creatives Data-driven mindset with solid knowledge of ad performance metrics Self-starter who takes ownership and meets deadlines

present a strategic plan for launching ad campaigns on both Meta and TikTok

. This will include research on our

Pharmaris brand

, its positioning, and the competitive landscape.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
