Senior MES Project Lead
to join our team and contribute to the successful execution of key initiatives within the pharmaceutical industry. This role involves leading IT project implementations, collaborating with stakeholders, and managing cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact results.

hybrid position in Toronto

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage MES (Manufacturing Execution System) implementation projects from planning to execution.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and reporting.
Translate business needs into IT requirements and ensure alignment with pharma industry regulations.
Serve as the main point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Profile Requirements
7 to 10 years of professional experience in project management, specifically in IT projects.
Proven experience leading MES implementation projects, ideally with
PAS-X
or
Siemens Opcenter
.
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and regulatory compliance.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with availability to be on-site
