\xc2\xb7 Sourcing New and Innovation Products

\xc2\xb7 Assortment Definition

\xc2\xb7 Merchandise Planning for Ecommerce & Storefront Sales

\xc2\xb7 Inventory Control

\xc2\xb7 Leveraging Analytics

\xc2\xb7 Developing exit strategy for unsuccessful products

\xc2\xb7 Promotional buying

\xc2\xb7 Managing replenishment team to ensure product availability

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business or related field is preferred
• 3+ years of experience in purchasing
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in inventory control, procurement, category management and supplier negotiations
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage competing priorities
• Continuous improvement/Lean Six Sigma training is an asset
• Project Management experience/training is an asset
