About the Opportunity:
The Merchandising Support Representative plays a key role in the delivery of products and programs to the independent Pharmasave stores across Canada. The Merchandising Support Representative responsibilities include:
Coordinates merchandising programs and services on behalf of the department and communicates program opportunities in a clear concise manner to stores.
Synchronize production requirements for weekly flyers and seasonal bookings through collaboration with internal and external teams, meeting required timelines, and ensuring quality of printed material.
Facilitates promotional ordering for weekly flyers, seasonal bookings, and other program opportunities.
Interfaces with our category management team, vendor community, wholesale partners, and regional offices on an ongoing basis.
Verifies information with various sources above for accuracy, effectively managing any discrepancies to ensure business and systems processes have been met all while managing tight timelines.
Ensures that established practices and procedures are maintained and followed.
Provides general administrative support to the Merchandising Department as required.

What you should have:
Intermediate skills working with Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to learn and develop new skills with changing technology and processes.
Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Dependable and positive individual, who works well with minimal supervision.
Demonstrates a high level of integrity and pride in their work.
Enjoy problem solving and have a keen eye for troubleshooting.
Knowledge of merchandising and retail store business processes as an asset.
