Are you a dedicated and compassionate mental health practitioner with a passion for transformative and integrative healing? We are now looking for Registered Psychologists and Registered Social Workers to join our healing collective, who are trauma trained and focused on offering mind/body integration and whole-Self healing.

Key Qualifications:

•Therapeutic Approaches:• Proficiency in somatic, existential, transpersonal, psychodynamic, depth-oriented, or humanistic therapeutic paradigms.

•Personal Engagement:• Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing personal development and self-exploration.

•Trauma Experience:• Expertise in trauma work with a deep understanding of trauma-informed practices.

•Independence:• Ability to work independently in a contract role.

•Re-humanizing Mental Health:• Dedication to decolonizing the therapeutic process.

•Versatility:• We are seeking folks who can work in person and virtually (local to Regina, Saskatchewan or within Saskatchewan).

•Heart-Centered:• We are seeking team members who live and serve from their hearts.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct therapeutic sessions using your specialized therapeutic approaches.

- Provide trauma-informed therapy to clients seeking healing and personal growth.

- Collaborate with clients to develop and implement effective treatment plans.

- Uphold ethical standards and maintain client confidentiality.

- Participate as an active member in our community of guides, empowering and supporting others on the team

Contract Details:

- This position is a contract role. We are hiring based on a competitive percentage split. This would include admin support (such as e-mails/phone calls, marketing, invoicing).

- You are liable for your own work (i.e. insurance)

- Individual and group consultation is included.

- We are flexible regarding how often you'd like to work, where you'd like to work, and what hours you'd like to work.
