Locker Room Attendant

Job Summary

Position Summary:

Provides all members and guests at the Club with excellent service and maintains the locker room area to the highest possible standards.

Cleans and returns all member cleats when requested.

Cleans and maintains all bathroom and shower areas of the Clubhouse Locker Room up to the expected standards of the Club.

Minimum Requirements:

Required to work full-time/part-time on a shift basis, including weekends, and occasionally evenings for special events. Background experience in customer service. Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities - able to work independently. Ability to exercise good judgment in evaluating situations and making decisions. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees, members, and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Locker Room Attendant:

Greeting members and guests.

Review the daily guest list and assign member's guest lockers

Cleaning of Locker Room area, showers, and toiletry areas.

Replenish stock of towels and toiletries.

Clean and return golf shoes.

Cut keys for member lockers and guest lockers.
