Membership Sales Support

$16.50/hr

Schedule:

10-15 hours a week, evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

Tasks

Daily tasks including, but not limited to, cleaning, setting up and supervision of rentals, providing support where necessary.

Provide a high standard of customer service.

Arrive on time and ready to work at the start of each shift.

Maintain order and cleanliness of workspace.

Communicate and interact with members, guests, and staff on a professional basis.

Display YMCA Core Values. Be an ambassador for the YMCA.

Maintain highest standard of maturity and professionalism.

Strive to achieve Y Way National Standards.

Other duties as assigned by the HFA Centre Manager.
