A Private Club in the Beaches is in search of a permanent full-time Membership/Member Service Associate.
Responsibilities Include but not limited to the following:
Check Members/Guests into the Club, book reservations, answer calls, handle administrative membership tasks, accept payments, input invoices, assist with some basic accounting duties, assist F&B with light duties, check on washrooms etc.
Must have a very strong attention to detail and enjoy working with people and some administrative experience.
The ideal candidate is a professional, outgoing, positive and a proactive team player.
Must be able to type a minimum of 30 wpm.
Be familiar with Microsoft Office
Have a minimum of 1 year working in an office / administrative environment.
Strong attention to detail.
Strong command of the English language - read/write - good grammar.
Punctual and like to keep busy.
Work hours will vary week to week and rotate with other staff. From as early as 6 am - 1 pm or 1- 9 pm. Must have reliable transportation. Must be flexible to work weekends and holidays.
Salary - starting at $19 / hr depending on experience.

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
