Membership Consultant.

As a Membership Consultant will provide a unique positive client experience from greeting our members, provide stellar customer service and strengthen our already Iconic brand.

Major Responsibilities are (but not limited to)

Personal and positive interaction with members and potential members via person, telephone or email in order to provide clear and concise information about membership programs and services.

Proactively engage with members to help build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.

Meets or exceeds weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals as determined by the Sales/General Manager

Continuous tracking and reporting of daily activities.

Skills

Self-starting skills with a driving attitude.

Excellent Customer Service Skills.

Excellent Organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.

Excellent communication and client service skills to express our unique way of showing the Gold's Gym lifestyle.
