We are seeking a licensed

Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC)

to join our dynamic and growing immigration team. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable, passionate, and experienced in providing immigration consulting services to clients from diverse backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert immigration advice and services in line with IRCC regulations and policies. Conduct thorough assessments of client eligibility and immigration pathways. Prepare and submit various immigration applications (Express Entry, PNPs, LMIA, Work Permits, Study Permits, Family Sponsorship, etc.). Represent clients in communication with IRCC and other relevant bodies. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Canadian immigration laws, regulations, and procedures. Manage a caseload efficiently while ensuring attention to detail and high client satisfaction. Maintain proper documentation and ensure confidentiality of client information. Collaborate with support staff and stay aligned with internal processes.

Requirements:

Active membership in good standing with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC). Minimum [1-2+] years of experience in immigration consulting or a related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (other languages are an asset). Strong organizational and time-management skills. High level of professionalism and ethical standards. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and immigration management software.

Salary: $23.00-$26.00 per hour
