Member Solutions Advisor
Full Time - Head Office, St. John's, NL

As a Member Solutions Advisor you will be responsible for providing superior member service in recommending financial products and services to current and potential members, responding to member inquiries, processing members' financial transactions, and cash balancing. Ideally suited for this opportunity is an individual who has an interest in financial services and who works well as part of a team.
Working with our Member Solutions Center team your focus will be on providing superior service to existing and prospective members. As a Member Solutions Advisor, you will be responsible in recommending financial products and services as well as creating and fostering positive relationships with our members. You will also provide assistance to branches on telemarketing and assist the Director, Marketing and Communications in the development/enhancement of the Marketing and Communications Department.
