The Membership Services Team Member role is essential to enhancing the Member Experience. Known as the face of the Club, this individual will be the "go-to person" for member inquiries, ranging from event sign-up, selling merchandise, and taking payments for accounts. Member Services is the "nucleus" of Toronto Ski Club and is vital to the Club's membership experience.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for ensuring a positive Member/Guest experience by assisting visiting racers, directing new members, and being knowledge about the layout and events at Toronto Ski Club.
Be a resource for members by answering questions and providing assistance, greeting members, and reinforcing our message of "Welcome to your Winter Home"
Assist the hosts of the Kids/Teens Apres Program by performing tasks including registration and activity instructions.
Retail Sales and handling cash, cheques and point of sale system
Opening and closing Member Services
Collect payments for member statements
Issue membership badges
Assist with all member events, including, but not limited to, registration, auctions, set-up, etc.
Assisting the membership team with the creation and distribution of weekly communications
Promote events by communicating to members in person, making posters, and updating digital screens
Registering members and guests for member events
Printing and organizing member badges. As well as issuing member badges to all members at the front desk, with a parking sticker, and any other necessary required items that year.

Terms of Reference
Pay Range
Hourly, Seasonal Contract: $21 - $22 per hour.
Employment Duration
On-site from December 12th, 2025 - March 22nd, 2026
Staff Orientation - Sunday, November 16th, 2025
Work Schedule
2-3 days a week starting December 12th, 2025 (weekends (Saturday & Sunday) required, candidate must be available all weekends during the contract, and Christmas, March Break, and holidays).
The club is closed on Christmas Day, and therefore, staff do not work.
Extra hours may be required on busier days (8+ hours) and during the holidays.
Extra shifts are required throughout the Christmas & March Break
