You\xe2\x80\x99re invited to make a difference\xe2\x80\xa6 as a Casual Member Services Representative (Teller) As a casual position: although not guaranteed, you can expect an average of 20 hours per week. Shifts are mostly scheduled in advance. Kindred MSRs serve as a knowledgeable and trusted service partner, assisting members to fulfill a wide variety of everyday banking transactions. You\xe2\x80\x99ll become an expert on Kindred\xe2\x80\x99s distinctive product offerings so you can confidently share information with members, and respond to their banking questions. Key Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with members, asking good questions and listening to understand their needs
• Deliver exemplary service to members in completing a variety of everyday financial transactions.
• Refer members to branch colleagues for advice and solutions relating to credit and investments
• Bring expertise in Kindred\xe2\x80\x99s distinct offering of products and services to members\xe2\x80\x99 attention to answer questions and provide solutions for future needs
• Ensure members are equipped to access digital channels so they can bank with Kindred where, when and how they want
• This position is mobile: you will need a valid driver\'s license and access to a vehicle to travel to different branch locations and you will be paid for time and mileage
