Providing exceptional member and guest experience, ensuring facility cleanliness, and achieving sales targets.
Here\xe2\x80\x99s what you\xe2\x80\x99ll be doing:
Greeting all members & guests with a smile
Assist with membership and retail product sales
Promote membership privileges including tanning, group fitness, small group training and childcare
Check in all members and guests in accordance with company procedures
Answers phones in a courteous, helpful, professional manner
Facilitates all member requests or forwards to a manager
Maintains a professional and courteous disposition
Knows club facility, services, and schedules
Maintains a clean and organized work area
Performs opening and closing duties

Your skills, education, and experience:
Business experience in a service-oriented environment is desirable
On the job training is provided
CPR/AED certified or can complete within 30 days from hire
Physical Demands:
This is a physical role requiring the employee to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and may require standing or bending for prolonged work hours.
