We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Member Services Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our members, providing exceptional customer service and support. Your primary focus will be on assisting members with inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our services through effective communication and upselling techniques. The ideal candidate will possess strong phone etiquette, a passion for customer service, and the ability to analyze member needs.
Description
Education & Training
Develop relationships with members to identify and assess training needs
Maintain positive relationships with Sask Polytechnic and Apprenticeship
Work with SaskEnergy on sharing the training center
Source new topics and instructors as our industry changes
Work with the Education Committee and ensure we meet the needs of the members
Manage the Continuous Training Certified Program
Marketing & Communications
Develop and implement strategies to increase MCAS membership
Investigate, develop and market new advantage programs for the membership
Maintain and update MCAS website with new content, events, and banners every week
Annually produce the Membership Roster & Product Guide
Event Planning
Help develop event agendas
Brainstorm themes for events
Ensure all sponsors are advertised and thanked in all communications
